Post Preferred Employer Program
At Post Apartment Homes, our mission is delivering superior satisfaction and value
to our residents. In support of that mission, Post has created a Preferred Employer
Program, which is designed to assist you with your move to a new
unfurnished
Post apartment home.
Benefits include:

• No security deposit. (1)

• 60-day written notice to vacate in the event of a Company Transfer and no cancellation fee. (2)
(1) Resident is responsible for all other amounts owed under the lease.
(2) At the time of giving notice, Resident must provide a letter from the employer
stating that the Resident is being transferred beyond a 50-mile radius of the current
Post location. Concession pay-backs and early termination fees are waived under
a valid preferred employer lease termination.
Note: Minimum six-month lease is required. Not valid in Washington, DC, Maryland
and New York City.
